2009 to 2011 Member of the steering group of the Recycling and Efficiency Technology Initiative of the Federal Ministry for the Environment (ReTech).

Various waste management/circular economy projects, primarily in south-eastern Europe, expert for waste management in the Republic of Cyprus.
